Customer feedback

I have just spoken to a customer who has taken the time to call in and thank  our technician Jack for the recent work he did:  “Please pass onto Jack our thanks; we were very happy with the job he did.  We are just calling to make sure this gets passed on”. – Mr W, Brighton, July 2016.

It only takes 60 seconds to pick up the phone and pass on feedback – but it really does make our day 🙂
